Mr Mannoj Kumar Jain is a proactive and dynamic leader with a proven record of increasing employee satisfaction and motivation as well
as revenues.
Following the completion of his University studies at N B University Mr. Jain began laying the foundations of the Jain Group, a now multinational organisation involved in several business sectors such as steel, power, energy and realty. As founder chairman Mr Jain started the groups business operations in the field of infrastructure, the core area of which being road and highway construction. The company was also entrusted with large scale projects such as hospitals, colleges and residential buildings. Jain Infraprojects Ltd is the flagship company of the Jain Group and is the dominant civil engineering organisation in the Eastern regions of India. With international aspirations Mr Jain pushed the Group beyond its domestic base forging partnerships with major corporations across South and South East Asia as well as in Africa. During his work developing the Jain Group Mr Jain has received several awards recognising his significant contribution to industry. Most recently he has been the recipient of the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award and the National Business and Industry Excellence Award. Jain Renewable Energy Ltd. and Jain Solar energy Ltd. demonstrate Mr Jain’s commitment to working towards sustainable energy in an effort to limit the environmental impact of big business.
He said, “The sectors we work in are substantial contributors to the growth of the country [India]. The core objective of the group is to be a dominant player in its chosen verticals. As a part of our effort we would like to be recognised as a quality conscious global player with safety and cost as our key drivers”.
Outside of his work Mr Jain is married with two children. He is a keen sportsman, most notably a gifted swimmer and spends his spare time pursuing his favourite hobbies such as driving, listening to music and reading. He is a member of the Bengal Club and the Education for All trust.
